LEAP Initial Consult: $50. MRT and LEAP Program fees are based on individual client needs and determined at initial consult.
Medical Nutrition Therapy & Counseling: $100 p/hr
Customized Individual Plans.
Nutritional Assessment: $150
Weight Management Package: $750
Includes nutritional assessment and 8 consecutively scheduled weekly sessions of 45 minutes.
Individualized Cooking Instruction: $75/hour + expenses (food, supplies, travel)
Cooking Classes: $60 per person with 5 student minimum.
Includes food, instruction and handouts. Travel expenses billed separately and apply beyond 10-mile radius of City of Poway.
Pantry Makeovers, &/or Grocery Shopping Assistance: Fees quoted on request
Speaking Engagement: Fees quoted on request
