LEAP Initial Consult:
MRT and LEAP Program fees are based on individual client needs and determined at initial consult.
Medical Nutrition Therapy & Counseling:
Customized plans based on individual client needs are determined at initial nutritional assessment.
Please note: Donna does not currently
participate in any health insurance plans. However, expenses for
Nutrition Counseling are eligible for reimbursement through a Flexible
Spending Account (FSA). A "Superbill" will be provided to you for
documentation.
Some insurance companies cover nutrition counseling; unfortunately some do not. If your insurance plan covers nutrition services, Donna will provide you with a form to submit to your insurance as an out of network provider. Since Donna is a Registered Dietitian (RD), plans that include nutrition services may reimburse you for her services.

These classes are totally customized and include food, preparation instruction, educational handouts and a tasty meal, of full-size portions, at the end of class.
